 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products marked as final sale or non-returnable

• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

• Personal care items, undergarments, and perishables

• Customized or personalized products

 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at returns@ikstore.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will verify your request and send you return instructions.

3. Pack the product securely and send it to the return address provided.

4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

 Refund Policy

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

 Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide photos or video as proof of the issue.

• We will offer a free replacement or full refund once the issue is confirmed.

 Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may wait for delivery and initiate a return instead.

 Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please return it and place a new order for the desired item.
